When buying from several suppliers

Compare the same scope

Ask quotation providers to state included services, excluded charges, origin and destination responsibilities, and the assumptions used. A headline shipping price is difficult to compare without this information.

Confirm the cargo

Share available product and packing documents. Let the logistics team review requirements for the actual shipment before you rely on a route or delivery estimate.
