KEEP PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS CLEAR ACROSS LANGUAGES
Use one specification sheet to describe materials, dimensions, colours, quantities and packaging. Give reference photos, drawings and samples a clear version label so everyone knows which version is current.
Prepare for supplier meetings
List the questions you want answered and share technical vocabulary or diagrams with the interpreter before the discussion. Keep essential requirements separate from optional changes.
Record decisions
After the meeting, ask the supplier to confirm the final specification, quotation, production schedule and any agreed changes in writing. Update the specification sheet rather than leaving changes scattered across messages.
Approve a clear reference
Record which sample, drawing or material reference was approved. If several people are involved, make sure the buyer, supplier and sourcing contact all have the same version.
Our English, French and Russian language resources support supplier communication in Guangzhou and Foshan. Tell us your product category and meeting needs when booking.
